Solo Time training and Separation Anxiety
Separation anxiety is a term that is quickly used in the dog training world. All dogs need to be thought how to be confident while alone, most don’t enjoy being alone and some have severe anxiety leading to destruction, elimination and or self harm. Our plans are adapted for each individual case, training both the dog and the human on the best route to success.
Our Solo time training package includes one at home session of 60-90 minutes, two follow up phone calls of up to 30 minutes, along with monthly check in through Whatsapp to monitor the progress for three months. Any further sessions needed will incur further costs.

1-2-1 Behaviour Modification
Behaviour modification involves a thorough evaluation of the dogs ethology, psychology, emotions and neuroscience. All behaviour modification should be completed by a degree level insured professional.
Every case requires a different plan and some combine owner training with personal training sessions with me and your dog. All sessions will have a bespoke behaviour modification plan to be followed outside of sessions.
Behaviours that need a behaviourist:
Anxiety or fear responses
Aggressive behaviour in any direction
Major lead reactivity that prevents a normal walk
Resource guarding that results in aggression
Adult dogs regressing in house training

Most pet insure policies allow you to claim for Behaviour modification with a qualified professional through a vet referral. I work closely with your vet to assess the medical and behavioural route of the porblem ensuring all elements are covered in your dogs health.

Personal Training Sessions.
The perfect service for when life is too busy to train your dog. Training takes commitment and consistency, something we can’t always adhere to. We all want the best for our dogs but sometimes we struggle to commit the time to focus on their goals.
The personal training option is the perfect addition for the busy owner. In conjunction with your 1-2-1 session you can book a personal training session for your dog so you know that they are getting the practice they need to overcome their issues. All personal training sessions are completed by me and last roughly 1 hour.

Behaviour Modification may cost more
At Golden Perfection we take the time to throughly assess the needs of your dog, observe their body language and get to the root cause of the behaviour. These methods allow us to have an extremely high success rate, happy customers and most importantly stress-free wagging tails.
